	You don't need to have a Zune to use the Zune Software.  It is available free, and it is very easy to use. If you have not already have Zune software installed, you can get it from www.zune.net, and click on "Get the Zune Software". Once you have The Zune software on your computer, open it.  While in your "collection" tab,  pick "Podcasts", then pick "add a favorite podcast" in the lower left.
	Enter the URL for the RSS feed: http://www.cascadecov.com/Podcasts/podcast.xml Click "Subscribe". You will see the new podcast in your list, with the CCC logo.  By default, the top 3 will download.  You can adjust the settings to download more or less, or manually download them by clicking the "download" buttons. A subscription means that Zune will automatically add new podcasts from CCC right to your library. As new podcasts are uploaded to the website, you will see them show up in the podcast list on your zune.
	Keep in mind that you do not need a Zune to utilize The Zune Software. You can listen to CCC’s messages directly from the Zune player on your computer. Of course, if you have a zune you can easily transfer your podcasts the next time you sync.
